Sunday March 19th join Slow Food Ventura County and a collection of Southern Califonia's most vital fermenters for a gourmet gathering deciated to the topic of the human microbiome. Chef Michelle Lainez will lead us in locally sourced drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert out of our beautiful venue - Crafted Kitchen LA. Fermenters Expo 4:00-5:30 pm While enjoying cocktails and appetizers you'll get to explore a light expo of the local fermenters who are supporting this citizen's microbiome study.
Libations: Mixology provided by Ventura Spirits. Beer from both Indie Brewing Company and Dry River Brewing. WIne from Martian Ranch & Vineyard. Small batches of wild fermented mead to be served by Justin Siemen of Fat Uncle Farms.
